10/10/2006 : New development in customer relationship managment : The Ocito Call Back SMS! Ocito launches first packaged Call Back SMS solution, with partner Linkeo.com. Until now, Call Back SMS solutions were only available on the Web. Ocito’s Call Back SMS offer will, from now on, be able to cover new media and advertising means such as press, TV, packaging, billboards, etc.
How does it work ?
Customers send the advertiser’s name to a mobile shortcode 3 10 05 (non Premium SMS). A few moments later, customers are called back on their mobile phone (free of charge), by the advertiser. This service being free of charge for customers, they will not pay the 08AB number access (cost of a Premium SMS from a mobile phone).

07/25/2006 : La Poste Group and Ocito launch a mail tracking SMS solution.
This first mail tracking solution using MO PREMIUM, is an additional service to mail tracking, it now includes dispatch alerts. Customers send the 13 digit number indicated below the barcode on the letter, via SMS to the following number: 62080 (0,35€ VAT included + cost of SMS). A few seconds later customers receive SMS indicating the actual status of the letter (mail due to be dispatched, dispatched and reason why, if not dispatched).
01/31/2006 : When Ocito turns SMS into solidarity
The Abbé Pierre Foundation and « Médecins du Monde », supported by the association « Collect-IF » and Ocito, have created « Tous Unis-Urgence Hiver 2006 » (Winter 06 United Emergency Aid), to launch a huge solidarity chain via SMS in aid of cold weather victims. For each SMS sent to 81004, 0,75€ are equally donated to the different associations.
05/18/2005 : Launch of first blood donor call via SMS interface management for E.F.S. (French blood donor institute), in the French Alpes Méditéranée region
E.F.S Alpes Méditérannée asked Ocito to integrate SMS messaging as a new mean of communication with blood donors. On the blood donation information week, E.F.S has sent, via SMS, 50 000 THANK YOU to donors, in the PACA region (south eastern France) and in Corsica.
03/23/2005 : Ocito provides customers with new opportunities: preview experiment of multi-operator MMS Push messaging
With MMS push messaging, Ocito allows enterprises to experiment new ways of communicating with customers. With a MMS message, it becomes possible to send a photo, a series of slides or a text message (up to 3000 characters). Everyone can find his or her interest, product launch, mini-ad, and information…. Ocito helps customers in adapting any content to this new type of multi-media message.
01/11/2005 : First test for RATP and Ocito with city transport SMS messaging services
Ocito and RATP have designed and developed a SMS application, which can report, when the next bus or next train will be due to a given station. For example, in order to know at what time one’s bus will arrive at a required station, customers just have to send a SMS with the bus line number and the given bus stop code to the SMS+ short code: 61064. In return, customers then receive a SMS with the next two coming buses.
09/21/2004 : Voyages-sncf.com has asked Ocito for SMS+ service launch
Voyages-sncf.com wished to implement innovative and user-friendly SMS+ services. Available since summer 2004 on a dedicated SMS+ short code: 63635, one can get information on any cancelled or delayed train, or receive a summary on the last passed orders from the website or else, make a cancellation. Customers having opened an account on the website can have a simplified access to these services and can even book certain trips via SMS messaging.
07/05/2004 : France Loisirs and Ocito prove SMS messaging efficiency on 35-55 years old target audience
Since October 2003 and with the help of Ocito, France Loisirs has integrated SMS messaging as a new marketing tool in events: customer follow up for those who haven’t yet ordered, creating traffic in outlets and up-selling events.

Bouygues Telecom has experimented a 5 € level offer for professional mobility customers, as an additional mean of payment.
03/11/2004 : SMS campaign for Ocito and Brand New Day; Saint Patrick’s Day’s special: Guinness invites you to the pub 
The idea is quite simple: in order to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day in the nearest pub around the customer, just by sending the word PUB via SMS to 41230. After having given a zip code, customers will receive a few moments later, the address of the nearest Guinness pub. To aim as many young citizens as possible, (18-35 years old male, the brand’s main target audience), this special event lasted from 11-14th March 2004 and on a national campaign basis, on both RTL2 and Europe2 radio stations.
01/06/2004 : Ocito, the Mobile service specialist, in charge the Radio France Group development and hosting of SMS+ services
Through SMS messaging, Radio France was willing to implement new means of interaction between the audience and the group’s different radio stations. With the SMS+ application solutions by Ocito, Radio France can now provide the audience with interactive services (messaging, games, voting….), available from one single SMS+ number: 62030.
